内容简介：In this talk, I will show a wavelet based multiscale Least Square Support Vector Machine (LSSVM) for solving elliptic boundary value problems. Numerical tests show the efficiency of this method.

廖杰副教授简介

廖杰，华东理工大学理学院、副教授，毕业于上海交通大学数学系，师从王维克教授，曾访问香港科技大学、香港城市大学等。研究方向为偏微分方程及数值解。多篇论文发表在J. Differential Equations, Nonlinear Anal., Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst., Commun. Math. Sci., Math. Model. Anal., J. Math. Anal. Appl.等国际知名SCI期刊。
